Return window: You can request a return within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using our Contact page (top menu: Contact) and include:

A clear photo/video showing the issue
We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t available.
Return shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective/damaged item), we’ll cover return shipping.

Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:
